This position is recruited through Familjen Helsingborg, and you will be employed by one of the collaborating municipalities. Familjen Helsingborg consists of eleven municipalities in northwestern Skåne, and we create added value by working together. We are: Bjuv, Båstad, Helsingborg, Höganäs, Klippan, Landskrona, Perstorp, Svalöv, Åstorp, Ängelholm, and Örkelljunga. Our collaboration also includes municipal companies.

For the Trainee Program, we are looking for candidates who are considered to have particularly good prospects for taking on leading or strategic specialist roles in the future. The trainee program provides a very good insight into how municipal operations work, and you will gain a fantastic network for your future career.

As a trainee, you will work on qualified assignments in your home municipality and receive personal development through the program's training days. You will also work and drive a project together with your trainee colleagues. During the employment year, approximately 25% of your working hours will be dedicated to training days through the program. The trainee program lasts for 12 months, starting on September 1, 2026. The municipality where your employment is located will be communicated before the final interviews.

Qualifications

You are a recent graduate, with a maximum of two years since obtaining your higher education degree. You have some work experience but a strong commitment to societal issues.

We are looking for someone with a degree in computer science, social sciences, business development, IT, digital transformation, or equivalent education that the employer deems comparable.

Since the development program in the trainee program is in Swedish, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You are a community developer who enjoys questioning and coming up with new ideas. You have the ability to drive development and change efforts. To succeed in your role, you also need to have good collaboration skills, be communicative in your interactions, both spoken and written, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To be accepted into the trainee program, you must have obtained your higher education degree before the program starts on September 1, 2026.
